Visit to a small brewery in Valdichiana or Valdorcia, in southern Tuscany. Explanation of the production process of different types of craft beers in which part of the hops comes from the fields of the small farm. Tasting of different types of beers produced. For lunch we will visit an organic farm in the heart of Valdorcia, with breathtaking views, where the famous Pecorino di Pienza is produced. At 9:00 a.m. departure. We will drive in direction to Valdorcia to visit a local mill that process the local organic wheat of the farm to produce different kind of flours and high quility pasta. You will learn about ancient grains and how to produce the best quality of them. Before lunch visit of a local organic dairy to see how ship leave in the farm and in the valley and how the famous Pecorino di Pienza DOP is produced, followed by lunch with all products of the farm including selection of different kind of cheeses. Stop in Pienza for free time before to go back

Fabulous sceneries of the most beautiful tuscan countryside will be the frame of a fun and instructive day even for the little ones members of a family. A day dedicated to the art of cuisine and more traditions, simple and good. The morning is dedicated to the preparation of dishes, especially fresh pasta in a tipical tuscan menu. The lunch to follow will pair with wines produced at the local farm (if it will be setting in a winery)

A day dedicated to discover how farmers live in a dairy farm of Valdorcia. You see the ship and will learn how the famous Pecorino di Pienza DOP is produced before starting your pizza class. This day is dedicated to lovers of truffles and nature. Starting in the morning we will reach a small winery in the Chianti Classico. Here we will meet the owner of the winery who with a real pick up will take us to the edge of the company forest where the truffle hunter with his dog will be waiting for us. We will walk in the woods to hear the stories about the truffle and to get to know it better while the dog does his work. This will be followed by a fully prepared private lunch with truffle dishes paired with the company's wines. Don't miss it.

At 8:45 a.m. departure. This experience is designed for gardening and floral design lovers looking for inspirations, new floral varieties to grow and floral design tips. Discover the farm garden and immerse yourself in the seasonal blooming and collect your favorite ingredients. During the experience, we will share with you simple and effective technics to care for cut flowers and create a 100% sustainable floral arrangement. In the morning we will reach a natural farm in Southern Tuscany near Montepulciano. Here we will meet the owner to start this interesting experience. Final lunch with organic products included. At 8:45 a.m. departure from Rocca di Castagnoli to the area of Montepulciano where the flower farm is located. Schedule and Rules: -Welcome and quick garden visit to familiarize with space before the game starts -We form two or more groups, made based on the age of the partecipants. Each team have a button hole as a sign. -The groups receive a garden map to find where the treasure is and a bouquet of different ingredients from the garden, the goal is to find and collect the same ingredients are in the bouquet. -Enjoy the view tasting local savors and local wine with lunch included Don't miss it

Transfer to Florence in the morning (about 1 hour and half driving), meeting with the official guide for a private Walking Tour about 3 hours of the highlights of Florence (Duomo, main piazze, main streets and attractions). After the Walking Tour some free time for lunch and enjoy the city on your own. We can plan also "skip the line" tickets for museums like Accademia to see The David of Michelangelo or Uffizi gallery. Return in the afternoon.

Transfer to the city of Siena, UNESCO heritage. Meeting with the official guide for a private Walking Tour about 2-3 hours of the highlights of the historic center (Duomo, Piazza del Campo, the districts and the Palio). After Siena we will drive in direction to San Gimignano where there will be free time for lunch and visit of the medieval village. Narrow streets and squares that recall the passed centuries as frame of an unforgettable day. Return in the afternoon

Transfer to Lucca in the morning (about 2 hours driving), meeting with the official guide for a private Walking Tour 2 hours of the highlights of Lucca (Duomo, Piazza San Michele, Piazza Anfiteatro, main streets and attractions). After the Walking Tour little free time for an easy lunch. Transfer to the city of Pisa within 1:45 p.m. to visit the famous Piazza dei Miracoli, where the iconic "Leaning Tower" attracts travelers from all over the world (UNESCO heritage site). About one hour of free time to take pictures and enjoy the site. Return in the afternoon
